Back in time...
Madrid, 17.12.06
Fui a Madrid para mais uma aulinha do meu curso de Kundalini Yoga.
Desta vez, Numerologia, super-interessante, e ajudou-me a esclarecer algumas questões 'internas'. Sinto-me + leve e 'focused'. Isso é bom.
Aproveitei logo para pôr os conhecimentos em prática à hora do jantar com uns amigos.
Já só me faltam 3 módulos... O fim do curso vai-se aproximando (fim do nível 1, já há um 2º ;)). Já arranjei uns manuais para estudar Anatomia e tb vou voltar à massagem ayurvédica. Preparem-se para receberem as prendas em géneros ;)
14h15 Paragem na estação de serviço do costume. Estava super-animada, com um grupo de 40 pessoas aguardando ruidosamente o início do Almoço de Natal, enquanto tomavam as suas cañitas. Imaginem o jantar de Natal da vossa empresa na estação de serviço de Alcochete? Ahn? Boa? Bom, se fosse na Mealhada, talvez não fosse má ideia. ;)
Instalei-me na esplanada a disfrutar de um banhinho de Sol maravilhoso, enquanto comia o meu pincho de tortilla com zumo de melocotón a acompanhar.
Cá fora, o ruído era consideravlemnte menor, só o cãozinho do costume e umas 3 galinhas debicando as migalhas caídas no chão.
De volta ao bus, instalo-me confortavelmente e preparo-me para ver o 3º filme da viagem (tão mauzinho que acabei por fazer uma sesta). Os outros dois eram médiozinhos, mas fixes para passar a viagem: 1º Man on Fire, ao estilo Traffic, mas mais enrolado e menos interessante; 2º Cellular, fraquinho mas dá para passar o tempo.

2nd day - I got a big hug from one of the kids, cool! :)
3rd day - I had to put on my sergeant attitude but... I'm loving the classes!
Being with the kids is a 'fresh breeze' for the soul, and I'm forced to review the way I act, think, speak...
Plus I really enjoy to teaching, seeing their progress and the joy of learning new things.
I have 8 kids between 8 and 9 years old, and am in love with them all! :)

Cães como nós
Cães como nós by Manuel Alegre
Li há umas semanas emprestado pela amiga ACC. "Depois de leres, deixas de ter dúvidas."
Nunca tinha lido nada do Manuel Alegre e gostei. (Entretanto, descobri que tenho cá outro livro dele, de poesia, Rouxinol do Mundo.)
Gostei sobretudo do tom intimista em que é escrito, em que se contam segredos ao cão, um pouco como as crianças fazem com as bonecas ou com os 'amigos invisíveis'. Crescemos mas continuamos a precisar de alguém que oiça os nossos desabafos e confissões.
Não tenho dúvidas que a minha cadela é como eu (embora não diga 'cadela como eu').
É calma e carinhosa, quase não ladra (eu também não), adora dormir e dormir e dormir, dar umas corridinhas (sem exageros), apanhar Sol (fora das horas de maior intensidade), gosta de iogurte natural, pêras e maçãs, adora frutos secos.
Entendemo-nos bem. Só ainda não a consegui ensinar a aspirar os pêlos que deixa por toda a casa (nisso, não é como eu).

Rodrigo Leão
A magical, wonderful night... I felt ... up on the clouds, into another world, deeper into me, open to the Universe.
Rodrigo Leão & Cinema Ensemble (site)- fantastic, all of them!! Friday, March 30th, at Cine S. João, in Palmela.
Thanks to my dear friend AnaM, I've had repeated magical moments (though on a minor scale...) at home - the CD (O Mundo 1993-2006) is wonderful!! Thanks! (and all on my favourites shades of blue... how curious...)

Tsk, tsk, tsk...
Ok, I understand why nobody comments my posts... because there aren't any new posts to comment!
Sorry, guys, hadn't realized so many days had passed without a single post.
I do have a few things on draft, notes on tiny yellow papers, sunset pictures... but am afraid I won't have time before the end of the week. :(
Easter was wonderful - only one yoga class, quality time with my brothers and parents, 2,5 days without mobile (forgot the charger at home), no emails ('detox' decision ;) ).
I still have things to catch up on (though that seems to be a normal state lately) but will try to find sometime to post before the wind blows away all my little notes scattered on the table (correction: they're clipped since Friday, when I tidied up the table, I just liked the previous phrase ;)).
Hope you're all well and didn't eat too many chocolates. :)
I totally fell... so long for my kitcheree diet - and I was on day 11! -, my brother D.'s chocolate cake was just too much a temptation and Pepa's Easter cake and C.'s chocolate almonds...
