I signed the house contract today - have the keys, changed the gas, water, etc contracts and can start working on the 'rehab' works straight away (I've started paying bills too... :( ).
Hope to have it ready for a house-warming party in a couple of months ;)

Já está! É minha!! Finalmente!!!
Assinei a escritura hoje - já tenho as chaves, os contratos do gás, água, etc, já estão em meu nome e posso começar as 'reformas' imediatamente (já comecei a pagar contas também... :( )
Espero ter tudo pronto daqui a uns 2 meses para uma festinha ;)
